Human Resources Specialist


Job description:

1. Implement company recruiting strategies for headquarters as well as branch offices, including resume screening, talent search, and other parts of the hiring process.

2. Post and maintain updated job advertisements, maintain continual refinement and development of recruitment channels, and maintain good relations with suppliers.

3. Assist the HR manager in recruitment analysis, and in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

4. Coordinate the onboarding process, including new employee orientation, job training, and liaise with the rest of the organization's training as well as provide feedback regarding training results.

5. Manage employee relations, including the processes of hiring, resignation, transfer, promotion, etc.

6. Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment, and cultivate career development plans.


Job requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate student or above

2. At least one year of recruitment experience; capable of independently implementing recruiting processes

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
