Sales Manager


Job description:

1. Execute the company's sales strategy, and lead the sales team in expanding the customer base according to the company's development plan in the region.

2. Assist sales representatives in project management and following project goals, and provide timely feedback to the general manager particularly when problems arise.

3. Design and execute strategic business plans for meeting the department's sales objectives.

4. Develop and implement customers' visit plans, maintain favorable customer relationships and communications, complete business negotiations and transactions.

5. Manage the branch's talent acquisition and recruitment, and conduct staff training and performance evaluations.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. Strong market analysis, marketing, and promotion capabilities.

3. Strong customer resources and customer relations, and outstanding past performance.

4. Solid background knowledge of B2B cross-border e-commerce; 3 years of experience in the field is preferred.

5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Driven, dedicated, detail-oriented, with strong planning and strategizing abilities, and progress-oriented thinking.

7. Career-oriented ambition and leadership skills.
