Finance manager


Job description:

1. Maintain the general ledger and other accounting work according to regulations, compile and report various accounting statements, guaranteeing a timely and accurate reflection of the company's financial situation and operations.

2. Conduct regular financial statement analysis and cost accounting analysis to provide detailed findings and recommendations to management.

3. Create useful budgets, final accounts, and other financial documents.

4. Manage the preparation and publication of departmental financial documents as well as those for the company's budget management.

5. Prepare statements of cash flows, operating expenditures, etc., according to the company's annual business plan.

6. Manage tax reporting and compliance according to national regulations.

7. Supervise the financial department's routine workflows as well as coordinate cross-department communications regarding finances.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related major

2. At least 5 years of corporate finance experience, at least 2 years of management experience; experience in an overseas company is a plus.

3. Solid background in financial accounting and reporting, familiar with tax compliance as well as managerial accounting, familiar with the use of financial software.

4. Cost management, risk control, and financial analysis capabilities

5. Driven, detail-oriented, strong sense of professional ethics and confidentiality.

6. Team player with excellent communication skills.
